Costume Design for the BAFTA nominated legal series. This series is brilliantly scripted and beautifully acted. It has huge character arcs and looks great.
The legal costume and courtrooms are immaculately researched. Rupert Penry-Jones wears bespoke clothing as befits his character and every character is considered with care. The men’s suiting is mostly designer tailoring. The women’s clothing is sharp, sexy and completely appropriate to the jobs they do.
The judges lead the court clothing and each judge in each case is researched and given the appropriate robes, if they need robes at all.
The locations are impressive and beautiful. All the real barristers and legal folk watch this series because it reflects the job they do with authenticity.
